Terms of Use | Wish Widget
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) govern the use of the “Wish Widget” application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) provided by Gleamier (hereinafter referred to as “the Developer”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
The Terms are entered into between the Developer and the User, and Apple is not a party to the Terms. Therefore, the Developer assumes all responsibility for the App and its content.
Article 1 (Application of the Terms)
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the Developer (the operator of this app) in connection with the use of the App. These terms and conditions shall be applied in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the App Store and other relevant regulations.
The license to use the App grants the end user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App only on Apple-branded devices owned or controlled by the end user. Access by other accounts through Family Sharing or volume purchasing is also permitted.
This license does not include the rights to copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App.
Article 2 (Provision of the App)
The App is a tool application that allows users to customize widgets with their preferred images and text.
With a subscription plan, users can access the following additional features:
- Unlimited Number of Widgets
- Premium images
- Large widget design
- Slideshow widgets
- App icon customization
- Tagging, sorting, filtering
- Link to edit view from widget
- Erase “Preview” watermark
- Ad removal
- Early access to new features
Article 3 (Paid Plans)
Certain features of the App are provided through subscription plans (hereinafter referred to as “Paid Plans”).
- The App offers subscription plans on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis. The subscription fees are displayed within the App and are subject to change.
- Subscriptions are managed and billed via the App Store in accordance with Apple’s terms and policies.
Article 4 (Subscription Renewal and Cancellation)
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed. To prevent renewal, users must disable auto-renewal through the App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
- Subscription management, including cancellations, must be handled through the App Store settings. Refunds for canceled subscriptions are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
- If you do not renew subscription, content available in paid plans will not be displayed. Previously Created widgets will not be deleted. Premium images already used in widgets and application icons that have already been set will not be changed.
Article 5 (User Responsibilities)
Users shall bear all responsibilities for the proper use of the App. Users are prohibited from the following activities:
- Reproducing, modifying, or redistributing the App without permission from the Developer.
- Using the App for unlawful activities or purposes.
- Causing damage to the App or interfering with its operation.
Article 6 (Changes to and Discontinuation of the App)
- The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue any functionality of the App at any time without obtaining the user’s consent.
- The Developer also reserves the right to terminate the provision of the App at any time without obtaining the user’s consent.
Article 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties)
- The App is provided “as is,” and the Developer makes no guarantees regarding its performance, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
- The Developer is not liable for any damages, including data loss, arising from the use of the App.
Article 8 (Privacy Policy)
The Developer handles personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available [here]. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Article 9(Changes to the Terms)
The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms will be effective upon publication within the App or on the Developer’s website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court with jurisdiction over the Developer’s location.
